Don't even bother coming. They won't even touch a thing. Reply 'sorry we are a agent, go to hbf'.

The worse experience that I ever had in Berlin! Extremely bad service with sbahn: after cancelling the subscription and returning the card to them, they claim that they didnot receive it and they still charge the money !…

Kind English speaking employees with a sense of humor. Wait was long, because of strike disruption.

One of the most frequent spots in Berlin. Plenty of food corners (including Starbucks if you're into a coffee). It's freakishly cold during the winter because the upper part of the station is out on the open.

Stadtklimastation Berlin-Alexanderplatz
